At the heart of it all is Kenneth Parr, known simply as “Kenny” to most of his clients and peers. Kenny isn’t just the owner — he’s the one you’ll often see running the machines, shaking hands with homeowners, or walking a site with a general contractor.

Kenny’s journey into excavation started early. At just 14 years old, he jumped into property development with a family member, helping lay the groundwork for an RV park. That early hands-on experience taught him how to see the big picture of a project, from raw dirt to a finished site.

By high school, Kenny had already started his own business with a partner. While others were still figuring out what they wanted to do, Kenny was out on job sites, learning how to solve real-world challenges and build something from the ground up.
